Since 2010, the Port of Cromaty Firth has excelled in enabling renewables projects to exceed their potential. Now you have the exciting opportunity to base your project at Scotland’s most used port for renewables.

We have leasing opportunities at both Quay West and North Queens Dock – providing 120,000sqm (12Ha) of open storage space, water depth alongside at 12m min. with a 15m min. deep water channel, and no air or tidal restrictions.

  • Quay 140m (vessel up to 140m) with access to 15,000 sqm of open storage
  • Ground load bearing: 7t/sqm to 12t/sqm with track record of handling much higher loads when adequately spread

    • Quay West 1: (7.5t/sqm) with heavy lift pad 30mx30m (12.5t/sqm).
